I had a good weekend. On Saturday morning, I went shopping with my mum and I bought a new dress. In the afternoon, I met my friends and we went to a café to have a coffee and some cake. In the evening, after dinner I watched a horror film. The film was called “The nun”.
On Sunday, it was sunny, so I went for a walk with my baby and I took some photos of him. In the afternoon, I listened to music and I read the newspaper. In the evening, I marked exams and then, I went to sleep.

WRITING ABOUT TV PROGRAMMES



1st Person singular

I usually watch an hour of TV in the evening.
I’m keen on TV series and I really like music programmes too.
My favourite TV series is “Paco’s men”. Now, I’m watching “The haunting of Hill House”
My favourite music programme is “Your face seems familiar”. It’s on every Friday at ten o’clock. A lot of people imitate other singers. It’s amazing!
I love comedy and horror films, but I can’t stand action films.

3rd Person Singular

John really loves sci-fi films, he likes superheroes. His favourite TV series is “Gotham”.
He enjoys watching sport programmes. His favourite football team is “Atlético de Madrid” and he watches a lot of football matches.
We always watch the news while we’re having lunch.

1st Person Singular
My favourite subjects are Maths and English, I like solving mental calculation and sudoku puzzles. I enjoy writing compositions in English. When I grow up, I want to be a teacher or a secretary.

3rd Person Singular
My friend Pilar doesn’t like English. Her favourite subjects are PE and Social Science. She likes playing tennis and basketball. She wants to be a tennis player or a weather presenter.

A TEACHER
A teacher teaches different subjects, such as, Maths, Spanish Language, English, Natural Science, Social Science, PE, Arts, Music, Social Values and so on.
He works during the day. On occasions, he works at night if he has to correct a lot of exams. He doesn´t usually wear a uniform. He works indoors and he works with people.

        Example:  
 I’m medium height and I’m slim. I’ve got an oval face. My eyes are big and black. I’ve got shoulder-length straight brown hair in a ponytail. I’ve got a turned-up nose and my ears are small. I have thin lips.

     - What are you like? Personality.
        Example:
 I´m really patient and honest. I have a great sense of humour. However, on a bad day, I’m a bit sloppy. I’m a little reserved and shy.
